The AIOC Solder Guide is a necessary addition to the unsoldered AIOC to get the jack spacing correct. Our solder guide is made from PETG for higher temperature protection when soldering. These guides are also precision drilled out to have a perfect snug fit on the 2.5mm and 3.5mm jack.
A solder guide of some type is necessary for AIOC assembly, but you can print this yourself or use an old radio (that you don't mind possibly destroying).
The STL for the guide is available here from the AIOC github.

Excellent tool for soldering the plugs on the AIOC board! Worked perfectly!
How to use the positioning pins wasn't obvious to start but once I figured it out, soldering the properly aligned plugs was an easy soldering job.
It's a great aid in getting thinks to line up, a must have.
This made it very easy.
