Need help with your AIOC or an order? Most technical issues can be resolved instantly using the steps below
Common AIOC Technical Fixes
90% of AIOC issues are solved by these three steps. Checking these now will save you a week of waiting for an email response!
- The "Click" Test: Ensure the K1 connector is pushed firmly into your radio until you feel or hear a distinct click. A small gap will cause audio or PTT failure.
- The Cable Check: Are you using a USB-C Data Cable? Many phone charging cables are "power only" and will not detect the AIOC. If your computer doesn't see the device, try a different cable.
- RFI Disconnects: If the AIOC disconnects only when you transmit, it is likely Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). Try adding a ferrite choke or moving your antenna further from the cable.
