NA6D Limited Warranty Policy
Nigel Armstrong, NA6D ("we", "us") warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the product from na6d.com.
1. What This Limited Warranty Covers

Pre-Assembled Products (AIOC, Accessories, Cables): We warrant these products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with our intended use guidelines.

AIOC Unsoldered Kit (DIY Kit): We provide a limited warranty for this kit. This warranty is strictly limited to covering that all components listed for the kit are present in the package and are in new, unused, working condition upon receipt by you.
2. How Long The Coverage Lasts (Warranty Period)

Pre-Assembled Products (AIOC, Accessories, Cables): The warranty period for these products is one (1) year (365 days) from the original date of purchase.

AIOC Unsoldered Kit (DIY Kit): The limited warranty for the DIY kit (covering only the presence and condition of components) is valid for thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, or until you begin assembly, whichever comes first. This warranty for the Unsoldered Kit terminates immediately and automatically upon the commencement of assembly or soldering.
3. What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions)
This limited warranty is void and does not apply to any product or damage caused by:
- As-is Products: Products labeled on the store page "as-is".

Modification: Any product (including the pre-assembled AIOC) that has been altered, modified, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than us.

DIY Kit Assembly: Any defect, damage, or product failure resulting from the assembly of the AIOC Unsoldered Kit. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect assembly, poor soldering, component damage during installation, or errors in building the kit.

Improper Use: Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions.

External Causes: Damage caused by accidents, acts of nature (such as lightning strikes, power surges, flooding, or fire), or other external causes beyond our reasonable control.

Operating Environment: Damage caused by operating the product outside of its intended or specified use, including but not limited to use in environments with excessive radio frequency (RF) interference, moisture, or heat.

Third-Party Equipment: Damage caused by connecting the product to third-party equipment not intended or recommended for use with the product.

Cosmetic Damage & Wear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic on ports, that does not affect the product's functionality.
4. What We Will Do (Remedy)
If a product covered by this warranty is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within its warranty period, NA6D will, at its sole option, either:
(a) Repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or
(b) Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent function.
This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. Any product that has been repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:

Provide Information: In your submission, include your order number (as proof of purchase), your shipping address, and a clear, detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. We may ask for photos or video to help diagnose the problem.

Return Authorization: If your claim is potentially covered by this warranty, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Ship the Product: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to NA6D for inspection. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. NA6D is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. If we determine that the defect is covered by this warranty, we will perform the remedy (repair or replacement) and ship the product back to you at our expense. If the product is not found to be defective or is not covered by this warranty, we will contact you with our findings and ship the product back to you at your expense.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED.
NA6D.COM DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NA6D.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO CONNECTED RADIO EQUIPMENT, COMPUTERS, ANTENNAS, OR LOSS OF DATA) RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF NA6D.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
